How You Can Help
Because adoption and surrender fees and direct donations cover only about one half to two thirds of our expenses we are constantly looking for ways to bring in more funding
We are currently planning our good weather fundraising. We plan to take our petting zoo to various festivals and community events. We also hope to host a couple fun family events, and our 4th annual yard sale in July. We will accept good, gently used items, perhaps left over from your own yard sale until the date of our sale.
We are still accepting returnable cans and bottles, blankets and newspaper. Cans and bottles may be brought to the shelter or turned in at the Warsaw Return Center and have the refund designated for us. Of course we can always use money, but we are also out of blankets and towels for the animals cages. Old worn blankets, comforters, bed spreads and towels are fine as long as they are clean. Also old large old sweaters or fuzz lined flanel shirts are goo for our cat cages.
